When you join RadNet as a Mammography Technologist Team Leader, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21 st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators achieve the best clinical outcomes. You Will: Familiarity with and ability to use selected equipment (as applicable) Ability to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion and decision-making to achieve department and organizational objectives. Back up imaging center manager on change in company/office policy, workflow and stand in when manager is off site Ability to share information effectively and provide appropriate direction to team members. Ability to delegate responsibility and authority to team members. Knowledge of state and federal health and safety regulations. General computer skills and Microsoft Office knowledge. Genuinely passionate about patient care and exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situations Able to demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, guests & colleagues Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a knack for prioritizing work with a structured approach, and enjoy solving complex problems
