You Will: Perform regular maintenance tasks, replacing lights, filters, etc. Performs minor fixes, such as repairing damaged walls, painting & patching throughout the centers Works with tools, including hand and electrical tools Install appliances and equipment as needed Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues Maintain grounds by collecting trash, window cleaning and pest control Ensures repairs are completed in timely manner in order to avoid accidents Replace or repair locker and cabinets Replace or repair doors, to include changing of locks and keys. Replace ceiling tiles and light fixtures Minor flooring repair Small equipment removal, desk, computers, refrigerators, microwaves Mounting of various items, signs and art work Data network cabling and repair under the supervision of IT Performs minor electrical and plumbing tasks Relocation of office furniture and equipment, Delivering equipment and supplies as well as site clean-up.
