As we scale our platform and expand our engineering organisation, we are looking for leaders who can build strong teams, uphold high standards, and deliver reliably at pace. The Opportunity We are hiring an Engineering Manager to lead one of our core software teams. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on: - Growing and developing engineers - Delivering complex distributed systems - Maintaining engineering excellence - Aligning execution across multiple teams You will operate at the heart of our engineering organisation, partnering with Product, Principal Engineers, Infrastructure teams, and peer Engineering Managers to deliver systems that power AI at scale.
