Senior Director of Business Development - U.S. Government We are hiring a Senior Director of Business Development to help scale Quindar's U.S. Government business. This is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing multi-year growth strategy, capturing high-value programs, and building a durable, repeatable revenue engine. You will operate as a key business owner for the government segment alongside the Director of BD and working cross-functionally across product, engineering, and leadership to align market demand with company strategy. What You'll Do Own the Government Business Line - Help define and execute Quindar's multi-year strategy across DoD, USSF, SDA, and the IC - Own pipeline development, capture strategy, and program execution across priority opportunities - Make portfolio decisions on where to invest, compete, and partner Drive Strategic Growth
