The Role Quilt has proven its product and its market. We're scaling across North America, and the financial infrastructure behind the business must keep pace. This is a key leadership role as we build the financial infrastructure to support our growth. As Head of Accounting, you will lead the accounting function end-to-end. You will report directly to the CFO and serve as the company's senior accounting leader. In the near term, you'll be deeply hands-on - building the processes and controls to support a high-growth hardware and software business and preparing the organization for its first financial audit.
