Join our Paris team as a Strategic Projects Lead, operating at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution. You will lead high-impact initiatives across the firm, partnering closely with senior leadership to structure complex problems, align stakeholders, and ensure delivery in a fast-paced environment. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, connecting research, technology, and business teams to translate ideas into tangible outcomes. Role responsibilities Strategic & Business Projects - Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives across major business units - Support business development efforts with key internal and external stakeholders - Structure complex problems and translate them into clear, actionable execution plans Research, Technology & Innovation - Participate in technical deep dives (architecture, tooling, automation) when required - Prototype lightweight solutions where appropriate - Bridge research, technology, and business teams to accelerate impact Operations & Execution - Handle high-level administrative and operational topics when required - Ensure strong follow-through across stakeholders and projects - Travel occasionally to support key initiatives Required experience and skills Experience - 6-10 years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, startup,
