Your future role within QRT: The successful candidate will join the global infrastructure team at QRT. You will be responsible for working in a team of data centre engineers responsible for the physical build and operation aspects of QRT data centres and co-location estate. This data centre estate supports the firms research and is a core part of delivering our infrastructure services, which deliver the highest performance computing and data platforms for the firm. Our co-location estate is global in nature and supports our trading infrastructure which is in every major financial market across the world. You will be accountable for the physical work and logistical aspects of data centre and co-location build outs, working closely with several global third-party providers and will ensure that implementations meet the highest operational and security standards. The role will cover BAU maintenance as well as new project work. The nature of the role will involve domestic and international travel.
