Data Integration Specialist - Python, AWS London Qube Research & Technologies (QRT) is a global quantitative and systematic investment manager, operating in all liquid asset classes across the world. Your future role within QRT - Your core objective will be to collaborate with Researchers and Analyst to onboard data sources and signals through a centralized framework. - You will contribute to the design and maintenance of datasets used for signal generation in trading strategies. - You will also help develop robust data quality checks to enhance monitoring and ensure the longevity of data sources. - Additionally, you will be responsible for integrating alternative datasets and building tools to automate data pipelines for faster and more reliable delivery. - Finally, you will provide support to end users, including Quant Researchers and Traders. Your present skillset - 2+ years' hands-on experience in data engineering - Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with other engineers, quants and traders - Strong software engineering fundamentals and proficiency in Python - Experience with workflow orchestration frameworks (e.g. Argo, Airflow) - Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and internal service integrations - Experience with observability tools (e.g. Grafana, CloudWatch) - Familiarity with
