Consultant (Case Team Leader) London, United Kingdom Consultant (Case Team Leader) Position Summary As a Consultant at Putnam you will help lead and manage a team of Associate & Life Sciences Consultants to complete projects across all our practice areas. Working with Managers and Partners you will: - Interact with clients to understand problems, and develop and refine hypotheses to test - Break down and structure complex strategic and analytical problems that constitute the core of the team's work - Lead the daily operations of the team in executing and synthesizing analyses into key findings and actionable recommendation and participate in delivering these recommendations to our clients - Prepare and deliver key findings and recommendations against key business problem to clients - Coach junior staff on project execution and management At Putnam, we pride ourselves on a team-based approach that is client focused and impact oriented.
