Job Description: The Sr. Business Analyst is a hybrid leadership and hands-on execution role responsible for leading the Business Analyst function while personally performing advanced business analysis work. This includes requirements discovery, documentation, backlog grooming, stakeholder engagement, and alignment across Product, Engineering, UX, QA, Architecture, and Release teams. This role will guide consulting resources, establish best practices, and ensure the delivery pipeline is never slowed due to unclear or incomplete requirements.
