Job Description: The Fire Systems Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's fire systems program, including fire alarm, fire sprinkler, fire pump, fire extinguisher, and VDA systems. This is a program-level role focused on managing fire code violations, inspection deficiencies, and planned fire systems upgrade projects across the portfolio. This position coordinates and executes larger repair and upgrade initiatives, working closely with internal teams and external partners to identify impacted properties, prioritize work, and support timely completion. A key part of the role is managing (AHJ) interactions, reviewing inspection findings, coordinating corrective action, and tracking issues through resolution to support compliance and reduce risk. The Program Manager serves as the primary liaison for violation-related matters, communicates expectations clearly across Operations, Facilities, and Central teams to ensure work orders and projects are completed efficiently. Strong organization, written communication, follow-through, and stakeholder management are essential.
