What you'll do We are looking for entrepreneurial Test Operators to help us revolutionize the mining and quarrying industries. We give our Operators a wide range of responsibilities / opportunities to help us develop and roll-out our autonomous technologies to the world. This is not a standard driving position - it's an opportunity for highly capable, motivated professionals to be part of a technology team that is moving fast, is inventing the future of haulage, and asks a lot of its team members. Serving as Safety Drivers in our autonomous off-road haul trucks at our customer deployments in our various locations across the US. Working directly with our engineering teams to test and provide feedback on new technologies / features When necessary, operating other heavy equipment, such as excavators, loaders, and / or bulldozers Assisting with the development and testing of our off-road autonomous technologies Following and helping to refine / further develop safety protocols Performing routine equipment inspections and light maintenance
