Ready to reimagine the DFS industry together? What you'll do: - Architect the Core Strategy: You will own the long-term vision and strategic roadmap for the "engine" of PrizePicks. This includes the end-to-end player journey: from seamless Acquisition and Account/Identity management to our complex Payments stack, Compliance frameworks, and Responsible Gaming initiatives. - Executive Leadership & Communication: As a senior leader, you will "drive strategy up and out." You will be a frequent presence in the boardroom, presenting product health, roadmap progress, and strategic pivots to the executive team and key stakeholders. - Build and Mentor a World-Class Team: You aren't just managing products; you are building the people who build them. You will be responsible for hiring, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and career growth. - Navigate Complex Stakeholder Landscapes: You will act as the primary bridge between the Core Product team and critical business functions.
