As Senior Engineering Manager for the Messaging AI team at Postscript, you will lead a team of highly skilled product engineers to advance our automated one to one SMS marketing experiences to drive unprecedented conversion for top Ecommerce brands. Engineering Managers are directly responsible for day-to-day people management of their direct reports. They focus on leadership, people management, and delivery/execution duties. Our backend, primarily Python within an AWS architecture, is evolving to meet scalability and complexity demands. Your team will be responsible for building the product experiences necessary to continue AI solutions adoption and growth. The ideal candidate has multiple years of experience leading both IC engineers at their career pinnacle and managers of smaller engineering teams.
