The Renewal Specialist role at Postman gives you the opportunity to have a huge impact in a customer focused company and doing satisfying work. What You'll Do - Execute all phases of subscription renewal lifecycle, including notifying customers of renewal, generating quotes, and closing renewal opportunities - Achieve revenue and retention targets on a quarterly and annual basis - Manage renewals pipeline with forecast accuracy - Analyze customer renewal data to determine retention and uplift strategy - Partner with Sales and Customer Success
