We are seeking candidates with a bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering or Industrial Engineering and 24 months of experience in identifying, designing, implementing and monitoring the sustainability and impact of performance improvement transformation projects. The salary for this position is $109,803.00. The Process Improvement Engineer Advisor is assigned to work in the Bank's Division responsible for transforming the Bank's operational processes, in order to improve overall customer satisfaction while making processes simpler and more efficient. The Process Improvement Engineer Advisor leads and manages the execution of the process improvement initiatives. The main duties of this position are: Lead and execute process optimization projects by influencing cross-functional teams to deliver tangible business results through the application of methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Design Thinking, Project Management and other process improvements techniques and tools, and ascertain sustainability of process improvement; identify and redesign processes that are critical to business lines; lead the execution of process improvements projects throughout the organization to promote a culture focused on continuous processes optimization that simplifies operations across the Corporation and impact
