Manager I (Floor Plan Manager ) Popular Center 010 | Posting Country Puerto Rico Job Type Full Time - Exempt General Description The Floor Plan Manager oversees and enhances the operational efficiency, compliance, and service delivery of the Auto/Wholesale division. This role combines commercial relationship management, credit and operational oversight, and team leadership to ensure the bank's commercial portfolio is serviced efficiently, compliantly, and profitably. Responsibilities typically include monitoring credit risk, overseeing inventory financing activities, and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Team & Workflow Management o Manage daily workflow, delegate tasks, and organize employee schedules to ensure smooth operations. o Ensure employees understand their duties, assigned tasks, and performance expectations. o Monitor employee productivity, track performance, and provide constructive feedback or coaching. o Conduct performance reviews and recommend corrective or disciplinary actions when necessary. o Set team goals and ensure alignment with company objectives, deadlines, and performance standards • Issue Resolution & Support o Address conflicts, challenges, or concerns raised by team members or external stakeholders. o Serve as the first line of support to help employees overcome obstacles in their tasks. • Dealer Portfolio Management & Relationship Building o Manage an assigned portfolio of dealer floor plan accounts, ensuring satisfaction, proper usage of credit lines, and adherence to fi
