About the Role Polymarket is looking for a pragmatic full-stack engineer to join our US Exchange team. You'll build the critical internal systems that power our CFTC-regulated exchange operations-from payment reconciliation and transaction processing to operational dashboards and compliance tooling. This is a high-impact role where you'll work directly with operations teams, build systems that handle real money at scale, and help establish the technical foundation for our growing US exchange business. If you enjoy solving complex problems in fintech, building tools that people actually use every day, and shipping code that matters, this role is for you. What You'll Do - Build tools for US exchange operations. Create systems that help control desk operators, supervisors, and compliance teams manage high-volume payment processing and reconciliation workflows. - Ship production features regularly.
