About this role

Software Engineer, Dev Tools Remote, United States, New York About Polymarket Polymarket is the world's largest prediction market platform. We enable individuals to express views on real-world events by trading on outcomes across politics, economics, sports, culture, and current affairs. Built as a peer-to-peer marketplace with no centralized "house," Polymarket aggregates diverse opinions into transparent, market-based probabilities that reflect collective expectations about the future. We're growing fast - both in terms of volume ($21B traded in 2025) and adoption as an alternative news source. Our ambition is to become a ubiquitous beacon of truth in global media and we need your help adding fuel to the fire. About the Role Polymarket is looking for a Software Engineer to own and improve the developer experience across our APIs, SDKs, and documentation. This role sits at the intersection of engineering and product thinking: your job is to understand how external developers integrate with Polymarket, identify where things break down, and ship improvements that make the path to success faster and more intuitive. You'll work closely with engineers across the company, use developer feedback to drive prioritization, and build a track record of meaningful, measurable improvements to how the world builds on Polymarket. What You'll Do - Improve APIs, SDKs, and docs. Own the quality, consistency, and usability of Polymarket's developer-facing surfaces - finding gaps, fixing them, and raising the bar for what great developer experience looks like. - Reduce time to first success. Identify integration friction and turn it into practical improvements
