The Role We're hiring a Market Operations Analyst to shape, curate, and safeguard the backbone of Polymarket's markets. You'll decide what to launch and when, craft precise and innovative rulesets, and ensure our markets are always clear, fair, and dispute-proof. You'll work across research, market ops, and product to keep our coverage timely, relevant, and high-quality - from spotting the next big thing online to drafting bulletproof rules that keep traders confident. What You'll Do - Own coverage: Ensure we're covering the right topics at the right time across politics, crypto, sports, current events, and culture. - Invent rulesets: Draft precise, innovative criteria for new market types and edge-case scenarios. - Prioritize new markets: Decide what to launch and when to maximize relevance and engagement. - Curate & clarify: Continuously tighten wording on live markets and publish clarifications. - Audit resolutions: Review resolved markets
