About the role This is a senior executive role reporting directly to the Founder & CEO. You'll own the full market lifecycle: what gets listed and why, how markets are structured, how liquidity develops, how markets resolve, and how all of it compounds into a platform that every day traders and sophisticated institutions trust with their capital. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in financial markets and is ready to build out the operational cadence and structure for the markets function, powering one of the most exciting, emerging asset classes of our time.
