WHAT YOU'LL DO - Design, implement, and deliver high-impact, trader-facing full-stack applications that directly improve Macro trading workflows and execution speed - Lead the development of trade capture workflows, blotter interfaces, and workflow automation to simplify front-office activity and reduce operational friction - Partner with traders and portfolio managers to translate live workflow conversations into practical software designs and prioritized delivery plans - Drive end-to-end delivery across frontend, backend, and data layers, owning solutions from problem framing through production rollout and validation - Partner closely with Operations and Compliance to embed controls, observability, and supportability into trade flows and release plans -
