WHAT YOU'LL DO • Provide technical support for software applications and investigate, diagnose, and resolve application issues • Automate start-of-day and end-of-day checks for key applications. • Log and track incidents across applications in the production environment. • Implement monitoring and automation initiatives and develop custom solutions using Python, Shell, and/or Powershell scripts. • Create tactical support tools and scripts to improve the incident investigation process and enable • transparency into potential business impacts. • Prioritize and categorize incidents based on severity and impact. • Collaborate with the development team to improve applications based on user feedback. • Create and maintain documentation for responding to common errors and application incidents. • Assist with software applications deployment and configuration . • Provide training and assistance to users to ensure effective use of applications and systems. • Develop knowledge base resources to empower users to independently resolve common problems.
