What you'll do - Prepare, update, and maintain accruals related to separation tracking and year-end bonus pools, ensuring accuracy and strong documentation standards; partner closely with Finance to support reconciliations and reporting needs - Own the end-to-end preparation and submission of required regulatory and external workforce reporting, as well as ad-hoc reporting requests related to headcount, attrition, and workforce demographics - Serve as the primary point of contact for compensation-related data requests, providing timely, accurate, and confidential responses to internal and external stakeholders - Partner with HR Business Partners during the year-end compensation process, supporting reporting, reconciliations, sensitivity analysis, market data review, and benchmarking analysis - Develop and deliver compensation and workforce analytics to support strategic decision-making - Ensure data integrity across HR systems and processes, with a continuous improvement mindset toward efficiency, automation, and scalability - Leverage HRIS (Workday) to optimize data collection, reporting capabilities, and organizational metrics that inform
