Plaid is seeking a strategic People Business Partner to serve as a key collaborator for our HRBP Lead and Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership. In this role, you will lead the charge on all employee relations-from conducting complex investigations to elevating performance management-while serving as the primary advocate and resource for our teams. Beyond the day-to-day, you'll partner with the HRBP Lead and leadership to design and scale high-impact programs that drive the success of our GTM functions. Responsibilities - Conducts thorough investigations and delivers equitable resolutions for employee complaints - Serves as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on complex employee relations and performance management practices.
