Founded in 2013, the company is headquartered in San Francisco with offices in New York, Washington D.C., London and Amsterdam. We are the Engineering Operations team at Plaid. We keep Plaid's engineering organization and its partners running smoothly, spanning multiple operational focus areas: AI Ops, Eng Ops, FinOps, and Network Enablement (NEA) Ops. You will be the operational owner for Plaid's integrations and migrations, coordinating across engineering, product, and partner teams to drive execution from planning through launch. You will also help scale Charged Access operations as the program grows and serve as the connective tissue between our NEA team and Support, ensuring priorities are aligned and joint initiatives stay on track. You'll build the artifacts, processes, and communication rhythms that give leaders and stakeholders a reliable source of truth
