Specialist III, Instrument, Bayway Refinery Job Posting Location Phillips 66 & YOU - Together we can fuel the future What to Expect As an Instrument Specialist III, you will join a collaborative team dedicated to advancing Instrumentation and controls infrastructure through predictive and preventative maintenance, failure analysis, and Instrumentation maintenance excellence. You'll leverage your expertise to support critical operations, drive innovation, help shape the future of our facility. What You'll Do Support the research, design, installation, and maintenance of advanced Instrumentation and control systems to ensure safe and efficient plant operations. Analyze technical challenges, develop solutions, and contribute to engineering designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Create and review engineering drawings, assist with equipment installation, and monitor system performance for continuous improvement. Collect and analyze operational data, troubleshoot complex issues, and apply best practices and new technologies to drive reliability and efficiency. Maintain accurate Instrumentation and controls equipment information through documentation systems and processes. Support the development and implementation of systems to collect failure data on the plant's Instrumentation and controls equipment. Provide hands-on technical support to the Instrumentation and Controls Reliability Group, partnering with technicians to elevate their skills and ensure high Instrumentation and controls reliability.
