Crude Oil Scheduler I Job Posting Location Phillips 66 & YOU - Together we can fuel the future The Crude Oil Scheduler I will work in an open, fast-paced environment with a team of Schedulers, Traders, and Analysts in Calgary and Houston to optimize crude oil supply throughout the Phillips 66 refining system and commercial businesses. We are seeking a talented, results-oriented individual who strives for excellence and sees every day as an opportunity for personal and professional growth. Attention to detail and accuracy is critical. What You'll Do Coordinate crude oil/condensate/NGL logistics related to refinery supply, lease, and discretionary trading for Phillips 66 Canada. Schedule nominations and confirm movements via various distribution channels through internal and third-party scheduling systems for pipelines, tanks, waterborne, rail and other modes of transportation. Prepare and maintain daily the monthly supply/demand balance and lease forecasts required to plan around the supply, markets, and pipeline disruptions provide updates on positions, and respond to unexpected events making contingency plans to minimize disruption to supply or movements. Help create value by optimizing supply/demand portfolio, and batch trading while increasing transportation efficiency and minimizing per-barrel transportation costs.
