About this role
Inventory Control Coordinator I (Day Shift) Alameda, CA The Inventory Control Coordinator I's responsibilities are to maintain accuracy and control, with minimal supervision, of material receipts, raw material and finished goods inventory locations. The work hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 6am-2:30pm PT. What You'll Work On • Maintain accurate logs and files for IQC receipts, lot control, and daily issues to Production and various departments. • Pull releases from post sterile area to be placed in finished goods inventory and enter releases into computer system • Update and maintain cycle counting on a routine basis with other staff members • Process daily shipment reports for supervisor • Participate in job rotation to be cross trained in secondary job responsibilities. • Responsible for cross-training of all staff members • Issue materials to production floor and maintain material traceability • Back-flush sub-assemblies and FG products • Build pallets for product sterilization • Maintain appropriate segregation of product awaiting sterilization • Coordinate shipments to the sterilizer with freight carrier • Schedule sterilization cycles with sterilizer as needed • Coordinate return of products from sterilization facility with sterilizer and freight carrier • Perform Receiving as needed for processing receipts • May occasionally gown-up to check the supermarket Kanban locations inside the Controlled Environment Room (CER) as needed. • Adhere to the Company's Quality Management System (QMS) as well as domestic and global quality system regulations, standards, and procedures. • Understand relevant security, privacy and compliance principles and adhere to the
