Principal Architect PDF Remote Overview PDF Solutions is redefining the way the semiconductor industry approaches data, analytics, and experience design. As part of our journey, we're building Next gen platform - a modern, human-centered analytics platform. We believe design systems aren't just about consistency - they're about scalability , collaboration , and performance . The Delivery Head India will be responsible for establishing a cohesive delivery team composed of both PDF and outsourced resources within the engineering, field integration, customer support, and sales domains. The candidate will be responsible for establishing and managing the operating model for the India team. The candidate will work closely with customers to ensure their success in utilizing PDF software and services. The candidate will scale the team to meet rapidly developing opportunities through both recruitment and partnerships with regional partners while maintaining strong alignment with U.S. based development and sales organizations. The candidate will demonstrate leadership in managing the development of cloud native software and professional service delivery. The candidate will be responsible for expanding the India customer portfolio while maintaining budget. The successful candidate will bring strong experience with SaaS and hybrid deployment models, and experience working with both cloud and on-premises infrastructure. The Delivery Head India will provide technical leadership with a mixed onshore and offshore team, and must effectively prioritize and manage deadlines and both external and internal client expectations.
