Responsibilities: - Build and lead new teams to develop a cutting-edge cross-border payment system, modernize infrastructure to support business growth, and deliver customer-focused solutions. - Be an integral part of the management team, influencing strategy and decision-making. - Mentor and grow managers, teams, and engineers while scaling the organization. - Foster an agile work environment and ensure adoption of agile methodologies. - Collaborate closely with Product, SRE, DevOps, Data, Operations, and other R& D teams to achieve business goals. - Design robust technical solutions, evaluate architectural options, and define technical direction and quality standards. - Promote a culture of innovation and personal development within the organization. - Take ownership of team growth, recruitment, and development processes.
