About the team The Custody team develops secure, scalable, and dependable digital custody solutions. We are a group of engineers passionate about building systems that empower our customers and their assets. Our team is committed to excellence, leveraging deep domain expertise in distributed systems, security, and blockchain to solve complex challenges and deliver outstanding service. About the role As a Senior Engineer on the Custody team, you will play a key role in architecting, building, and maintaining Paxos' crypto custody infrastructure and applications. You'll use your deep technical expertise and hands-on skills to deliver secure and scalable solutions, collaborating closely across functions to help shape our technological direction and execute complex projects. What you'll do - Design, develop, and maintain mission-critical custody systems across multiple blockchains. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, compliance, and infrastructure to define system architecture and technical requirements. - Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of our services through best practices
