About the team The Custody team develops secure, scalable, and dependable digital custody solutions. We are a group of engineers passionate about building systems that empower our customers and their assets. About the role As a Senior Engineer on the Custody team, you will play a key role in architecting, building, and maintaining Paxos' crypto custody infrastructure and applications. You'll use your deep technical expertise and hands-on skills to deliver secure and scalable solutions, collaborating closely across functions to help shape our technological direction and execute complex projects. What you'll do - Design, develop, and maintain mission-critical custody systems across multiple blockchains. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, compliance, and infrastructure to define system architecture and technical requirements. - Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of our services through best practices
