We're looking for a highly analytical, hands-on leader to join our People team as the Senior Manager of Total Rewards and People Operations. In this role, you'll own global total rewards, including compensation, equity, benefits, job leveling, and board/compensation committee deliverables while also overseeing the design and execution of key People programs.
