About the team The accounting team provides in-depth guidance to the rest of the organization on financial results, delivering essential insights that influence key decisions-from daily operations to long-term strategies. The team is responsible for solving complex financial questions in an evolving environment with new regulations, technologies and financial challenges. Their efforts help Paxos drive innovation, expand market reach and ultimately achieve Paxos' mission of building a more open and inclusive financial system. About the role As a Senior Accountant on the Accounting team, you'll play a critical role in helping the team with the month-end, quarterly and financial closing process. You'll have the opportunity to dive into new accounting standards and drive their implementation. You'll be essential in helping with Paxos' day-to-day accounting activities, overseeing aspects of the general ledger including but not limited to, cash management and intercompany functions.
