About the role The Regulatory Paralegal will support the Legal team in managing regulatory filings, maintaining documentation, and ensuring the company meets its ongoing regulatory obligations. This role is critical to enabling efficient, accurate, and timely compliance with evolving financial regulations. What you'll do - Prepare, review, and submit regulatory filings and reports - Coordinate subpoena response and documentation - Maintain organized records of regulatory correspondence and obligations - Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of compliance tasks - Support audits, examinations, and regulatory inquiries - Collaborate with legal, compliance, and business teams to gather information and resolve issues About you - Experience supporting regulatory filings, audits, or compliance programs - Strong organizational and project management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication - Proficiency with document management and productivity tools - Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities - Interest in or experience using AI tools in daily workflows
