About the team Our Compliance team is the cornerstone of Paxos' regulation-first approach, ensuring we maintain the highest standards of regulatory compliance while enabling innovation. The team combines deep regulatory expertise with a practical understanding of blockchain technology to develop and implement robust compliance programs. We work closely with business units and product teams to create solutions that protect our company and customers while facilitating growth in both traditional and digital asset environments. About the role As a Governance & Oversight Program Manager, you will lead critical compliance and regulatory initiatives across our organization. You will ensure program execution, translating complex compliance and regulatory requirements into actionable plans, while partnering closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, legal, and audit to execute on these deliverables.
