The Vice President, Finance will play a critical leadership role in shaping and executing the financial strategy for Paramount Games. This position will report directly to the EVP/CFO of Paramount Animation, Gaming, and Sports, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Head of Games. The VP will play a key role in shaping and executing the Paramount Games financial strategy. They will oversee all financial activities for the division, serving as a strategic partner to senior leadership and a key liaison with corporate and studio segment finance teams. OVERVIEW & RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with divisional and company-wide growth objectives. • Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning. • Oversee greenlight processes for new game development, game acquisitions, and other strategic investments. • Provide clear, actionable financial analysis and insights
