Overview: We're seeking a Senior Programming Manager, Content Merchandising, to join our Pluto TV Programming team. This role will shape our editorial voice, programming quality, and user experience, driving viewership and monetization. The Senior Programming Manager will attract, engage, and retain audiences across a diverse slate of TV series and films. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Serve as a subject matter expert on TV, film, and digital content, applying industry knowledge to inform programming and editorial decisions. Lead and manage programming staff, workflows, and meetings to ensure alignment, execution, and accountability. Oversee scheduling and merchandising strategies, partnering with BI and Data Science to optimize discovery, personalization, and recommendations.
