Working with the Head of Social Media and the Head of Podcast Series, the Senior Producer, Video drives the execution of video development, production, and publishing across platforms, ensuring editorial quality and operational excellence. Responsibilities: - Originate and develop pitches across various format videos, in collaboration with department heads and other producers - Partner with producers to guide research, sharpen angles, and resolve pre-production questions - Review content across slate and deliver thoughtful, actionable feedback that elevates storytelling and maintains a consistently high creative standard - Serve as a key liaison between department heads, producers, and editors, translating high-level editorial priorities into structured, usable notes that guide the edit - Collaborate with the Head of Production on scheduling, budgeting, crewing, shoot planning, and look and feel of Free Press video content - Collaborate with the Head of Post Production to manage
