Overview The Production Manager, Publishing is tasked with overseeing the production processes from manuscript to bound book, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and establishing quality standards. This role works closely with editorial, design, and external vendors to manage workflows, troubleshoot production challenges, and maintain consistency across all published materials. Responsibilies include but not limited to Manage the full production lifecycle for publications from manuscript handoff through final print or digital release for a variety of fiction and nonfiction titles across both Paramount's adult and children's lists Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring deadlines are met across multiple concurrent projects Request and review quotes from vendors, prepare pricing estimates, and monitor production specs for adherence to budget Coordinate with editorial, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on timelines, specifica
