Overview and Responsibilities The process manager leads the design, optimization, and governance of end-to-end processes within the Global Business Services (GBS) organization. This role ensures that global processes are standardized, well-controlled, technology-enabled, and continuously improved to support operational excellence and strategic business outcomes. The manager partners closely with regional teams, functional leaders, and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality finance services across the enterprise. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Serve as the subject matter expert for GBS-aligned processes (e.g., Finance, Media, etc.) Define and maintain global process standards, policies, and documentation Establish governance routines to monitor compliance, performance, and risk Ensure alignment with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards Process Optimization & Technology Enablement Identify opportunities to streamline
