Manager, Global Toys/Hardlines Licensing Paramount Global Products & Experiences Overview The Manager, Global Hardlines Licensing oversees and grows licensed partnerships across the entire Paramount portfolio. This role is in charge of spearheading domestic and global toy strategies, coordinating with regional stakeholders, and managing the day-to-day execution of the hardlines/toy category business initiatives. Responsibilities Strategic Execution Work with the Director of Global Hardlines to formulate and implement category strategies that meet long-term brand plans and financial goals Business Development Identify, develop, and implement new business initiatives Analyze, pitch, and negotiate new deals and renewals to increase the existing licensee base Financial Management Develop quarterly revenue estimates and budgets Lead all quarterly forecasts and business reviews, monitoring sales results to ensure revenues meet budgetary goals Product Development Serve as the daily lea
