Overview and Responsibilities This position provides high-level administrative and operational support to the EVP, Creative Development for Paramount Television Studios. This role ensures the EVP's office runs effectively by managing complex schedules and coordinating communications between external and internal partners. The Executive Assistant serves as a key liaison between various internal and external stakeholders requiring remarkable organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs in a dynamic work environment, while also maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Schedules and manages EVP's calendar including the coordination of meetings with multiple participants (internal and external partners). Screens and responds to incoming calls and correspondence. Support EVP in strategic priorities and monitor and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
