We are rapidly designing and building a pulser-driven inertial fusion system to achieve net facility gain (more fusion energy output than stored energy input). Why This Role Matters As an Electro-Mechanical Build Technician , you will play a crucial role in supporting our engineering and delivery teams in setting up automated manufacturing lines and in the assembly, testing, and validation of electrical and mechanical components integral to our fusion energy systems. Your technical skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach are fundamental to our success. What You'll Do - Lead the assembly, installation, and maintenance of our fusion systems. - Receive deliveries and control inventory of equipment and manufacturing supplies. - Rapid prototyping for fusion technology applications. - Support the engineering team during the design, development, and testing phases
