Automotive Painter Positions (Starting at $26.73/hour) Automotive Paint positions are responsible for preparing various truck components for the paint application process. Once truck components are prepped, paint is applied through the use of a manual spray process or through the use of robotics. All employees participate in an Advanced Painter Training Program to further refine and continuously improve automotive painting skills.
