Analyst - Accounts Payable PACCAR India | Job Country India | Job City Pune Job Summary The PACCAR India accounting team is searching for an Analyst - Accounts Payable . The purpose of this role is to lead and execute complex accounts payable and related accounting activities for the corporate office in US working hours. The role supports month end close, reconciliations, and corporate programs while collaborating across teams to ensure efficient financial operations and proper cost allocation. Job Functions / Responsibilities Process payments and transactions for PACCAR Corporate and related entities. Process and research vendor invoices for Corporate Accounts Payable. Process employee expense reports, including review for proper documentation and manage third party travel expenses. Prepare monthly intercompany transactions. Assist with the PC purchase, tuition reimbursements, corporate credit card and relocation programs' accounting. Assist with the accounting activities of the PACCAR Foundation and the Paul Pigott Scholarship Fund, as well as the corporate assets. Review and research overhead statements for accuracy during month-end, network with other department personnel to ensure proper accounting of expenditures. Month-end preparation of journals, reconciliations, and cross-charges to other PACCAR entities. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge & Skills REQUIRED : Education: Bachelor's or MBA/M.Com degree in commerce, business or finance Skills: 2+ years relevant accounts payable work experience.
