Job Description: Key Responsibilities Client Delivery & Engagement Lead and deliver complex consulting engagements for Swedish Defence clients, ensuring high-quality outcomes, measurable impact, and client satisfaction. Act as a trusted day-to-day advisor to senior client stakeholders, supporting decision-making across strategy, technology, and transformation initiatives. Translate Defence and security challenges into actionable solutions spanning digital, data, AI, programme delivery, and organisational change. Business Development & Market Contribution Support Partners in identifying and pursuing new opportunities within the Swedish Defence market, including contribution to bids, proposals, and client presentations. Build and maintain strong relationships across government, armed forces, and Defence industry stakeholders, helping position PA as a trusted delivery partner.
