Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Principal Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with business areas to define and deliver HR technology strategy and lead HR transformational projects, including process redesign/standardization and merger and integration support. You will lead at least two or more of Workday's modules, with Total Rewards Compensation as the primary focus and one of the other Workday modules such as Core HCM or Security. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and People Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of HRIS specialists focused on Workday modules (e.g., Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Performance, Security). Set team goals, provide regular feedback, and support professional development to build a high-performing, engaged team. Monitor workload distribution and team performance to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects. Foster a collaborative and supportive environment, promoting cross-functional teamwork and knowledge-sharing across HRIS and HR teams.
