About this role
Technical Insulation Specialist Granville, OH As a Technical Insulation Specialist - Air Distribution , you will play a key role in supporting the growth and performance of Owens Corning's Technical Insulation business across North America. This role is responsible for delivering technical expertise, training, and field support to sales teams, customers, and contractors, ensuring effective application and adoption of fiberglass air distribution products. You will serve as a subject matter resource in air distribution systems, providing guidance on installation, performance, and compliance with codes and standards. Working across Sales, Marketing, Technical Services, and Product Management, you will help translate technical insights into practical solutions that improve customer outcomes and support business growth. POSITION LOCATION: Houston (up to ~50% domestic travel) What You Will Be Doing: Deliver classroom and hands-on training for internal teams, distributors, and contractors on air distribution products, applications, and installation practices. Provide technical support by addressing field questions, resolving application challenges, and supporting specification and compliance requirements. Serve as a subject matter resource for fiberglass air distribution systems, including thermal, moisture, acoustical, and indoor air quality considerations.
