Our new facility is nearing completion and has increased the size of our team, and another new production line is just starting construction. Join the Fort Smith Team now for future growth opportunities! Fort Smith crews work 12 hours shift on a 2 week rotation with 3 Day Weekend every other week. Week 1- 36 Hours: Monday; Thursday; Friday Week 2- 48 Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday; Saturday; Sunday Additionally, crews rotate between Day & Night Shift every 28 days allowing teams to have the best of both worlds and plan personal activities on Off Days.
